It's holiday time

It had finally arrived our family trip to Rhodes, we had all been very excited on the countdown to holiday as none of us had been to Rhodes before and the children had never been to anywhere in Greece so this was a big adventure for us all.

It was four days before the holiday and our oldest daughter had a high temperature, sore throat and headache. She was very tired and wanted to go to bed to sleep. With only a few days before we left for Rhodes it was time for the oils to really show me how great they were and I applied the Infectious Disease protocol down her spine (Please see other blog re protocols) Wow after two applications over 2 days she was certainly feeling so much better, I am so thankful for these amazing oils.

Arriving on the Island and travelling to our resort was lovely and a time for us as a family to see a very different way of life to the UK.

We were staying on an all inclusive resort so lots of yummy food to eat including amazing fresh fruit and salad, I just couldn't get enough of it especially as I didn't have to prepare it myself :-)

It wasn't long before the digestive blend was needed for my son, he had tummy ache so we applied the oil to his tummy before bedtime and the results were instant, the pain had been taken away. It was also used by myself after a meal in the American restaurant which must have been to rich for me and the blend was certainly needed.

I heard that a lady had suffered bad insect bites so I took her some oil to sooth the bites, it gives instant relief from the itchiness and helps the soreness of the skin.

My daughter had a very sore face from constantly diving under the water in the swimming pool and lavender with coconut oil applied in the evening helped to calm the stinging and the next day she was able to play in the pool again.

What an amazing holiday and having the oils available when needed just helped to make it more relaxed as if a problem occurred we could fix it with the oil very quickly.
