Protect our family

It was 10.30am yesterday and I received a call from my daughters school saying she was unwell and could I go and collect her. She was feeling sick, with a headache and was very hot.

The benefits of running your own business meant I could jump in the car and get to her quickly to get her home to rest. I took my keychain bag with me that includes my essential oils in it and as soon as she got in the car I got her to apply to the oil to help settle her tummy. She also held the bottle and smelt it too, it only takes 26 seconds to enter your body and move around the blood stream.

This was even more important because she told me a girl from her year had just been sick all over the medical room floor meaning it could be a bug causing the illness for both my daughter and the other girl as apparently other pupils had gone home ill too.

As soon as we were home, she changed in to her Pj's to cool her down and I gave her a rollerball of the oil to apply and smell too. The diffuser was filled with water and the tummy oil and placed next to her in the lounge. Although she was feeling very sick when she got home and I gave her a sick bowl as she felt she needed it plus she visited the toilet with a very upset tummy, the feeling of sickness and the upset tummy soon subsided and she could rest up and get better.

I also ensured everyone else in the house applied the rollerball just to be safe. As of today, everyone is ok, lets hope the oils continue to keep our family safe from what ever illness is going around to cause her to feel sick.

I can not emphasis enough how amazing these gifts of the earth are, I now know I have something I can turn too quickly when someone is ill and I will be sure to pack these when I go away on holiday this summer.
