Nicky Kay

I am married to Simon and a mum to Ellie, Lauren and Josh along with our three cats, Dusty, Soty and Sweep and one dog called Orlando. I have been teaching children for over 20 years and I'm passionate to make a different to Children's lives by offering fun fitness activities where they can come along and get active while having fun.

 

I run FitKid UK and have extensive experience which I'm very excited to share with other FitKid Instructors.

Over the years I have worked with various companies including Nick Junior, LazyTown, Bath Rugby Club, Glasgow Christmas Lights switch on, Bournemouth Borough Council and many more to assist with events where children get active and have fun. 

​

After being unwell with viral meningitis, I am relaunching FitKid as a business which enables people to work for themselves with low start up costs. I am passionate to help others grow their own FitKid business as well as also spending time teaching FitKid myself.

Life is certainly very busy and it's great to be making a difference to so many peoples lives.
